I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the upside, the room I stayed in just above the nightclub was very modern and luxurious, complete with a balcony. However, the front desk staff made a mistake with my room assignment and later tried to move me to a less desirable room, which was quite frustrating.
I was blown away by the comfort of the rooms; they truly exceeded my expectations. On the downside, there were some issues with unaccommodating service and a less than optimal location.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was less than ideal at the end of the town, but it was within walking distance to downtown Jaco. The rooms were just above the nightclub, so sleep was not easy to come by, and my 'MOUNTAIN VIEW' from the balcony on the 3rd floor was not the best.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, and I loved having my own terrace with a great view. The service was excellent, although a bit overzealous at times. The location is decent, especially if you have a car, and the pool bar is a definite highlight. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited, but the croissants were a delightful exception.
